    The mobile home park isn't that bad; however, the people in the office act like they don't want to go things if something goes wrong in the home. You can be renting the place and that's it and you still have to pay for the things to be fixed and it's not in the agreement for renting... other than that there are some nice mobile homes in the park.

    It's a usually quite place, except kids playing and not to loud and they try to keep park somewhat clean. There r issues with how homes r maintain according to some people.
